We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $49. Orders under $49 pay a flat fee of $6.95. Expedited options are available for a fee for most items.

Our Thinking:

Shipping is actually pretty complicated. We try to keep it simple for you. Everywhere we can, we absorb the cost of shipping. When we do charge for shipping (small orders, unusually sized items, far away places and expedited services), it’s simply to make sure we cover enough of the cost to still make a fair margin. Overall, we lose money on shipping … so we just do our best to strike a fair balance.

What Does Shipping Cost?

The following costs apply to the 48 contiguous US States Most orders over $49 ship for free. Orders under $49 are charged a flat fee of $6.95 Certain larger items may carry an additional fee for shipping and handling. This will be noted in the “Shipping Info” section on the product page. Expedited services are available for most items for an additional cost that will vary based on the size of the item and what service is chosen. The cost will display once the service is selected in your shopping cart.

How Do Orders Ship?

All standard orders (no expedited delivery requested) will ship by the lowest cost carrier that services your address; typically USPS, UPS or FedEx. Certain large items (mattresses and furniture) are delivered by freight service, which will be arranged after an order is placed. All expedited orders will ship based on the service level and carrier you select at checkout.

How Fast Can I Expect Delivery?

Thanks Mama is based out of Boston, Massachusetts. Standard shipments for in stock orders will vary anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on where you are in the country and the service we select. Once your item is shipped, we provide tracking that will give you an accurate expected delivery date. Expedited shipments placed prior to 3pm EST will arrive based on that day as the order day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be based on the following day.

Why aren’t expedited shipping options showing up when I am trying to check out?

Our system is set up to only show the shipping options available for the items you have selected. Certain oversized items or items coming direct from the manufacturer are not be eligible for expedited service. This will be noted in the “Shipping Info” section on the product page.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship anywhere in the US 48 contiguous states. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though those states don’t qualify for Free Shipping We do not ship internationally at the present time. We will be adding Canada and Mexico and other US territories like Puerto Rico in the very near future. Beyond North America, we will be considering adding additional countries in 2017.

Do You Ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes we do! These addresses don’t qualify for our free shipping options, but we do try to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Also, delivery may take a bit longer to reach these locations as well.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the present time. We will be adding Canada and Mexico and other US territories like Puerto Rico in the very near future. Beyond North America, we will be considering adding additional countries in 2017.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do! These addresses don’t qualify for our free shipping options, but we do try to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Also, delivery may take a bit longer to reach these locations as well.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to standard PO Boxes in the 48 contiguous states. If this is your ONLY option, please call us at 617-965-6262 to see if we can accommodate you. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship to your PO Box there.

How Do I Track My Order?

All services we use for shipping offer tracking numbers along with websites where you can enter your tracking id to get the most current status of your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your tracking number and tracking instructions. You can also log in to your account and view your orders history and find your tracking information there.

What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Package?

First thing is to check the tracking number and contact the carrier to verify whether or not delivery was made. If they claim the package was delivered, then we have to open up an investigation with the carrier. Just contact us at 617-965-6262 and we will help get things sorted out.
