I've used this stain remover on cotton, wool, and microfiber. In order of the fabrics it worked best on would be microfiber, then cotton, and wool. It removed stains completely on microfiber, without a trace! It worked almost as well on cotton and wool. I like that it is natural, gentle on my hands, has no fragrance, and is non-toxic. I would recommend it, especially for microfiber cloth diapers.
