bumGenius! diapers are one size pocket diapers that fit babies from 7 pounds all the way up to 35 pounds. They were designed with fit, function and ease of use in mind.   For the smallest setting of the diaper the front snaps down to make the diaper smaller.  For the medium size the diaper is on the larger snap setting.  For the large size the diaper is used in it's full size without any snap down settings.  Pocket diapers require absorbent material to be placed in the pocket of the diaper.  Each bumGenius diaper comes with an absorbant Cotton Babies One-Size insert and a newborn insert.

• bumGenius diapers feature stretchy tabs, just like disposables.  Stretch the tab to get a snug fit without worrying about it being too tight on your baby's thigh.

Care Instructions

Fasten tabs to laundry tabs on inside of diaper (this is important).
Wash dirty diapers every other day.
For best results, remove solids from diapers before storing in pail (a diaper sprayer is helpful).
Wash cold with 1/4 cup detergent followed by a hot wash with 1/4 cup detergent.  If you have a front loader, decrease detergent amount to 1/8 cup.  Follow with a second rinse.  Tumble dry on the medium setting.
Use only detergent and water.  Once per month, you may use up to 1/4 cup of bleach in the hot wash cycle.
Always use detergent that does not contain perfume, dyes, whiteners, brighteners, or enzymes.  Do not use laundry additives (including vinegar, baking soda, and fabric softeners).

Do not soak your diapers.
