Absolutely nothing!

Can you use this pant as a waterproof diaper cover as well?
No! Although the SWIMMI makes a great cloth diaper cover, you should not use the same pant for both diapers and swimming.  If you use this as a diaper cover your baby will typically outgrow the sizing sooner than the weight range listed. 

Swim diapers are not designed to absorb, but to contain messes.
