I used these on my 10 pound infant and tried them for about a week. The double leg gussets did their job - no issues with leg leakage. However, we OFTEN had tummy leaks, even during short naps. The solution for us was to switch to the Bumgenius 4.0 diapers. They have a layer of PUL waterproof material on both the outside AND inside near the tummy - rather than the outside only. With the Rumparooz that lack of waterproofing on the inside against the tummy meant constant leakage.

We have been using these on our baby since she was 4 days old. They fit her then 8 lb now 12 lb fram great and hold her heavy wets and biggest breastmilk messes. We have never had a leak with these and since the soaker grows with the baby I hope we never will. This is our first set of aplix and I am pleased with them. We use these mainly for night time to make changes faster.

My wife and I tried a variety of diapers (Gro-Via, BumGenius, and FuzziBunz). These are by far our favourite, especially for the nighttime sleeps. The liner is able to be doubled and helps absorb, plus the fleece lining gives a drier feeling against the skin. We have done both the snaps and aplix, but aplix is the winner when it comes to speed at night.
