These just do not work great for an active baby. I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to find out how my son had hurt his leg... It was the Kushies after about 5 wash's the velcro was just not as strong as it had been and my son had scatch's on one leg where the corners of the tab stuck out and would not stay down.

Damp on the outside |

I like these diapers for the ease of putting them on, but, for the price, I'd just as soon use a prefold and pins or pay the couple dollars extra for the ultra all-in-ones. I have to use a cover with these, even with the "waterproof inner barrier." The outside flannel still absorbs the moisture and gets my son's clothes all wet, even during the day when I'm changing him more often and with a doubler.

i just started using cloth diapers. i bought some prefolds and some of these fitted diapers. i've found these to be great for naps, bedtime, and when i'm away from the house because they are so easy to put on. some people claim to use them without covers, but my little one is a heavy wetter, so i use them along with the proraps. these two products make a great, relatively inexspensive combo.

Best Diaper for the Best Price |

This is the diaper I use the most. The cost is very affordable to be able to purchase more than a one day supply. These diapers are soft and cute. We had no leaking, I used them with just the Gerber pull on pants I got from Walmart. My son feels better when he wears his Kushies compared to the disposables. The diaper could be a little more stretchy around the legs, but that is my only complaint. My son is a chunky 4 month old and we are moving up to the next size. I recommend the Kushies for most of your supply and the BumGenius! for on the go.
