An FYI, after prep the purple edges are about 11 x 11 square (similar to the GMD orange edge prefolds newborn size 5 - 10 lbs). I didn't know how much they would shrink, they probably won't fit my big baby. If you have 10+ pounders then premium size may be better, if you have small babies they are perfect!

These diapers wash up nicely in hot water and after dried, very thick and soft.

Great PreFolds

I decided before my daughter was born that I was going to do cloth diapers. I did lots of research to figure out what was out there and how much it was going to cost me. The initial cost of cloth diapering is a bit of a shocker, but my daughter is only 7 months old and we figure they have already paid for themselves. These diapers fit great in the diaper covers. I don't have to worry about fold

Better prefolds

I am new to cloth diapering so I have tried all types of diapers. The prefolds seemed to be an economical, simple solution. However when I got my first round of prefolds I was unable to get them into the cover on my 2 month old. Then i found these. They are quite a bit shorter which make pins or snappis unnecessary. These do the job they need to. My baby just outgrew the newborn size and I upgraded to these. I am happy I did. I use pocket diapers most of the time and use these for going out since they are less bulky to carry and when I run out of the pockets.
