The quilted mattresses from Naturepedic come in two versions. The 2 in 1 Organic Cotton Ultra features one waterproof side for baby and a quilted side for a toddler. The Quilted Organic Cotton Deluxe features luxurious quilted organic cotton on both sides. The quilted surfaces are not waterproof.

Made from quilted organic cotton fabric with a luxurious sateen finish the quilted surfaces have a more grown-up feel. Since the quilted surfaces are not waterproof you will need a waterproof mattress pad for protection from liquids or dust mites.

The top surface of the 2 in 1 Organic Cotton Ultra Crib and Toddler Mattress has a 100% polyethylene outer surface making it waterproof and easy to clean. Food grade polyethylene is an environmentally friendly plastic that is used and known in the food packaging industry for its non-toxicity. The fabric and filling of the quilted mattresses from Naturepedic are made from unbleached and undyed organic cotton that is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
