Ordering at Thanks Mama is quick and easy.  Simply add the desired items to your cart and checkout. 

Orders typically ship the next business day, but at times of high volume orders may take 2 business days to ship.  If you choose Priority mail, UPS 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day shipping we work to get your order out as soon as possible. 

We strive to have all items in stock.  All toys on the website that you can add to your cart are in stock.  Diaper packages may have backordered items.  If there are backordered items we can ship the in stock items right away and the backordered items as soon as they arrive at no additional cost to you.  Let us know if you would prefer to have any in stock items to ship right away or if you would prefer to have the entire order to ship together.  If you have a preference please write it in the comment section during checkout.

We do offer free shipping to the contiguous/continental USA for orders over $60.00.  Please select the Free Shipping (7 days ground) option to receive free shipping.  Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged the actual cost of Priority mail shipping. Free shipping is shipped using the least expensive method for the weight of your order.  If your items are heavy they will most likely ship by UPS Ground so please make sure you include your street address in case your order ships by UPS Ground.  Lighter weight items shipped through free shipping are sent by First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of the item.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  PayPal echecks are shipped when we receive the payment.  We also accept checks.  Check orders are shipped approximately 2 weeks after the check arrives to allow time for the check to clear. 

You can rest assured.  We self-insure all packages.  We have delivery confirmation or UPS tracking numbers for nearly every package we ship.  If a package does get lost we will reship your order 2 weeks after the expected delivery date.

Do you need to add to your order?  We are not able to charge your card for a greater amount since we do not store the necessary credit card information to do that.  If you would like to add to your order please check with us at customerservice@thanksmama.com to make sure your order has not shipped.  If it has not shipped please place a separate order and write in the comment section that you want that order to ship with order number xxxx and we will deduct the additional shipping charges.

We are currently only accepting online orders.  Our site is very secure.  As soon as your card it authorized at the time of the sale the necessary credit card information to process a card is automatically deleted.   All credit card orders are processed through our secure online server.  We do accept checks if you do not want to pay with a credit card.
