Wear your newborn reclining or tummy to tummy. Babies with head control may be worn in front or on your hip. Toddlers older than about one year may also be worn on your back

The only difference between Sling sizes is the length. Each size is 6" longer than the previous size. A medium Sling will fit most people, both moms and dads. Even if dad is larger, he won't need the longer tail for breast feeding coverage, but there is generally still enough of a tail to cover the baby from the sun.

The pleats at the shoulder on the large and extra large slings are 1 inch wider than they are on the small and medium slings. This provides a more comfortable shoulder fit for wider shoulders.

Tall or larger users may not find the tail to be long enough to cover up when breast-feeding. Most people who are not breast-feeding don't need a large.
