These wash pretty well and while they aren't super absorbent they've worked well for us for daytime. They aren't too bulky so they fit well under jeans and into the car seat buckle. If you use diaper pins these are probably fine but after about 5 or 6 washes the fabric gets matted down and you can't get the snapi to stick into the fabric. So, if you use snapis I wouldn't recommend these diapers.
