I like everything about this cover except the velcro situation. I don't like that there's no place to secure the velcro tapes during washes. I don't like the quality of the velcro. It's very weak and may come loose with an active crawler or walking toddler. So far I've had no problems with my crawler, but he wears pants over his diapers which may help to keep the diaper in place.

It's very hard to get a good fit around the waist without the velcro scratching the sides of the hips. My toddler is now 28 pounds and I can't imagine using these for very long (no way could it go up to 45 pounds). In my opinion the hooked side is too long (horizontally). I ordered 4 of this kind and 4 Kushies Light weight Taffeta Diaper Wrap. I prefer the other ones. I love them but....... they are bulky and thick. they dont leak. I would order more if i need them. my son had a "blow out" and it all stayed in the diaper. I use the Gerber pre-folds inside. they work great. i am happy with them.
