After switching to cloth diapers and cloth wipes it didn't make sense for me to continue buying disposable nursing pads.
These have worked great so far for me. They are a little bulkier than disposable pads but I don't usually wear shirts that are too tight so I've had no problem with them showing through.

I have washed these several times in seventh gen without softener. The absorbency has not improved. I leak right through these nursing pads. I contacted kissaluvs to see if there was something I could do to increase the absorbency and never received a response. Wow. I will never be buying or recommending their products to anyone.
