- Filling, processing and preparing orders for multiple mail carrier pick-ups.
- Provide courteous customer service and assistance to customers over phone and email.
- Maintain and insure accuracy of inventory on hand and in systems. Place inventory orders and help with receiving inventory.
- Process returns, exchanges and defective merchandise.
- Help with social media outlets such as blog, YouTube, Facebook and Tweeter.
- Ideal candidate is motivated and a quick learner, capable of multitasking and adapting in a fast paced environment with daily deadlines. - Courteous and confident communicator both oral and written. Creates great shopping and customer service experience for the clients.
- Experienced in using software applications and internet.
- Learns Thanks Mama products selection and how they perform. Able to suggest the best products to satisfy customer's needs.
- Handle all aspects of opening and closing warehouse.
- 1 to 3 years of retail and customer service experience preferred.
