I ordered these because of the water-proof backing thinking they would never leak through but if you leak alot and it soaks the pad, it will leak out the bottom and sides. Which makes sense if you think about it. But it doesn't hold it all in overnight, for me anyway. Other than that its a great breast pad, really soft and it never sticks to my skin.
