These inserts are fantastic--they fit well in my BG4.0's and are very trim and absorbant. I dislike the microfiber inserts that come with most pockets, and I am slowly replacing all of them with hemp inserts for the trimness and absorbancy.
I also love that these have the extra little sleeve and additional insert to increase absorbancy. They are a little pricy, but they seem to be made well and
LOVE this hemp insert!
