In 1991 William Schmid and his wife lost a baby to SIDS. He began to research sleeping environments and started the Halo company in 1994. Halo is dedicated to promoting a safe sleeping environment for babies. The Halo Sleep Sack Wearable Blanket and the Halo Sleep Sack Snuggle are available in the Halo Sleep Sack Crib Set. Halo dedicates a percentage of all sales toward SIDS research.
