Description

Fuzzi Bunz diapers are favorite diapers in our household. They hold up well for my heavy wetters! Fuzzi Bunz diapers are made from a waterproof exterior and a soft micro-fleece interior. The soft outer material acts as a moisture barrier keeping all wetness and messes where they belong, preventing leaks. Buttery soft micro-fleece is the material next to the baby's skin wicking moisture away from the baby to help keep your baby dry. The moisture is drawn into the insert or prefold in the pocket of the diaper. How do you use Fuzzi Bunz? You place an insert or prefold (not included) into the Fuzzi Bunz pocket and place it on your baby by fastening the snaps. Fuzzi Bunz should be washed after each use.'

The New and Improved Fuzzi Bunz Have Officially Arrived!
After much anticipation, we're excited to report that we now have the new and improved Fuzzi Bunz in stock. The new and improved Fuzzi Bunz diapers, now made exclusively in the U.S.A., have stretchier elastic around the legs to better hug baby's curves, noticeably larger tabs for a better grip and to better prevent sagging, and updated top stitching for added reinforcement of seams. And while Fuzzi Bunz have undergone a makeover, you'll be happy to know that there are a few things that haven't changed, including sizing, snap placements and price. If you haven't tried Fuzzi Bunz diapers in the past - now is the time to try this great diaper that just got even better!

New & Improved

What do we use for inserts? Thanks Mama highly recommends Joey Bunz, Mother of Eden Microterry Inserts, and Babykicks Hemparoo Prefolds as inserts. The Fuzzi Bunz diaper comes with one Mother of Eden microterry insert.  Normal wetters should need one insert during the day and at least 2 inserts at night.  Heavy wetters will need more.  What it all comes down to is that you need something absorbent in the pocket. Some people have used dish towels and washcloths with success. Joey Bunz and Mother of Eden Microterry inserts are a trim option and the Babykicks Hemparoo Prefolds are great for heavy wetters.

Caring for your Fuzzi Bunz:

Fuzzi Bunz diapers are single use diapers. Wash both the Fuzzi Bunz and insert after each use.

Most babies will experience little to no diaper rash after using Fuzzi Bunz. Do not use any rash or diaper ointments or creams with the diapers.

When wet, separate insert and Fuzzi Bunz and store in a dry diaper pail.

If soiled, simply knock solids into toilet. Small solids stuck to the fleece will dissolve in the wash. Use a mini-shower toilet attachment to rinse off soiled diapers over the toilet (optional).

Washing/Drying your Fuzzi Bunz:

First, run a cold rinse or soak cycle with no detergent.

Second, run a hot cycle with detergent. Do not use bleach.

Third, if your hot wash is not automatically followed by a cold rinse, run a cold rinse cycle. This step only necessary with a particularly dirty load.

Tumble dry the diapers in dryer on low or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener or pure soap*. Never dry on high heat.

long lasting diaper September 30, 2008

My baby has been able to wear the small size from six weeks to seven months, they work well during the day, fast drying and not too bulky.  Great choice!

Cute, but not for every baby September 30, 2008
Reviewer: Anonymous person from Bellevue, WA United States
I have used fuzzibunz for my VERY chubby baby.  I like the fact that I can cinch up the waist, and leave the leg openings on the last snap for chubby legs.  However, both of my children were Niagara Falls pee-ers, so just the insert alone was not enough and they would ALWAYS leak.  I had to double up the inserts in order to prevent leaks, which made them pretty bulky, defeating the goal of a fitted diaper.  But they are great for night-time use, using a CPF and the insert for extra absorbency.

My Favorite Diaper September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Emily  from TN United States
I can't think of all the great things to say about this diaper!  Holds up after hundreds of washes!  I've used these diapers for both of my children.  I really prefer the snaps over the velcro closures.  I think the most important thing is to make sure you are using a good detergent; otherwise, you'll get a build-up and diapers will leak.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE DIAPER September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Jodi Hammond from Tempe, AZ United States
I have used (almost) every type of diaper out there.  We do still use prefolds, a lot of time at home just to save doing laundry every day, but this is the best diaper for us.  My first son was an early morning flooder, so we'd put a second insert in in the mornings, and he was fine.

The hemp inserts can stink a bit after lots of use, can be tough to get them smelling "fresh," but the microfiber inserts that come with the diaper seem to work great.

My favorite September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Carrie Matthews from Jacksonville, FL United States
Out of all the cloth diapers I have tried so far these are my favorite.  The inserts are easy to use and clean.  I really enjoy the snaps compared to velcro in others, they don't attract my baby's attention.  I agree they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.
