I use these with FB's and they work great. They seem a tiny bit bulkier than hemp inserts but you can hardly see the difference. Any stains can be sun dried out and ready for the next diaper change. I had to send a couple of new inserts back to the mfg cause the seams had frayed. They sent me new ones quickly to replace but I had to pay for postage to send to them. Check for workmanship on th

I LOVE these! The poop almost rinses clean and they wash up perfectly with little to no staining. I use them with the Bumkins AIO's to keep the moisture away from my baby's bottom.

Honestly I would go with the Cotton Babies inserts rather than these. I purchased several of these brand new and just 2 CBs and I wish I had switched it around and gotten mostly CBs! They just dont seem to hold as much in them and the CBs aren't really any thicker, so I'm not sure why, but these just are a bit leakier for us.
