Diaper covers fit over the cloth diaper to prevent leaks and keep wetness inside the diaper.  Thanks Mama brings you a variety of diaper covers.  We have covers from Bummis, Proraps, Sugar Peas, Imse Vimse, Bumkins, and Kushies.  There are two main types of diaper covers:  Pull-on styles and wrap styles.  Pull-on styles work well over fitted diapers and prefolds or contours that have been fastened.  Wraps work well with prefolds and some fitted diapers.  You will need 4-6 diapers covers per day.  Infants will need more covers than a toddler.
