Bought a package from Thanks Mama through Amazon. It came with a holder. Smelled great and last 4 weeks before I needed to change it out. Tried Safety First tabs and they didn't work at all for the pee smell! Loved these!

This worked great for the first couple days but after that the smell wore away. Not worth it to keep buying if you have to keep replacing every couple days.

These are great smelling disks that fit great into the plastic piece that comes with the disks. One disk has lasted 3 weeks! by the 4th week I must change to a new one.

Low cost holders are available for Citrus Circles. The holders are adhesive backed and work great for diaper pails and trash cans that do not have the pre-molded slot.

I like these a lot, but I wish there was a way to attach them to the pail. I taped them and tahat works. The smell great - basically like citrus cleaner and are strong enough to hide the poop smell.
Loved!
