My daughter loves these. They work like panties so she doesn't want to stay in them when wet. They work great when we are out since I just have to change the insert and we are good to go. The biggest problem for an active child is that the insert tends to bunch up between the legs which means they sometimes pee out the side. Overall, we really like them.

Well, I should have gotten the measuring stick out before I ordered because I expected the bag to be bigger. My son is only 2 months so his poops aren't that stinky yet. So I can't say if these contain the smell well or not. I do like the loop that lets you hang the bag on a hook. I did have the bag leak on me though.
