I've tried them all.... |

I've tried Bummis, Prowrap, and others, but this is my favorite cover. The elastic a the legs is "thinner" than other diaper so I am not having to "unfold" it because it's tucked into the legs. Unlike other reviwers I found it's sizing was true. My 13 month old 20 pound girl just moved into larges, although she can still wear a medium comfortably. It just depends on how fat your baby's legs are. Mine has always been breastfed and never formula fed, which generally makes for a leaner baby. All in all, my FAVORITE cover, and when I started, I bought one of each of 6 different brands.

My Favorite Cover! |

I had the advantage of handling the product and trying it out before buying, so I knew that the sizes run very small. However, my 18-lb 5 month old daughter can still squeeze into a medium with an infant prefold. A medium prefold folded against the lines (I can't think of another way to say that) works great and gives extra absorbency where my daughter needs it most. I LOVE how trim these covers are - perfect under tights and leggings. For boys, I imagine they would be great for under jeans and cords that don't have much give.

The sizing on these is a joke |

This is somewhat of an incomplete review, since my son has never worn his. I bought a medium when he was around 18 lbs. The size chart states it ought to fit from 15 to 23 lbs. And.... just no way. It's dinky. I can't even fully fit a premium-sized Indian prefold into it. This is the first cover that has happened with. I will give it two stars, though, because the Green Urban pattern is super cute and unique. I'll just have to keep it around for a much smaller kid.

OK, not great |

I've tried about six different types of diaper covers (with diaper service diapers), and this one is not my favorite, but not the worst I used, either. The elastic is too tight around my son's legs, and it irritated his skin. He's average weight-for-height. The vent in the back doesn't seem to be that functional. The material is a bit stiff - too much like a shower cap. It makes the cover noisier, and it makes the taping at the gusset stick out like a ruffle. Lastly, I don't really like any of the color options. All that being said, the cover works - no leaks or blowouts.

I love these for when my son was still crawling - the gussets stopped leaks - though I agree they don't hold up as well in the dryer, so I just hang them to dry. Now that he's an active toddler they're not working as well with folded (not pinned or snappied) prefold diapers.
