The prefolds are the way to go. They are a pretty economical option and can be used with any cover. I've used them with my first born and now with my second (6 mon.) They are still in good shape. The best part is that when you'r done with diapers you can use them as rags or so.....

Premium Prefolds still too big |

These diapers are soft, absorbent, and of excellent quality. The product would receive five stars from me if I were rating the infant-sized ones. The premiums are still too big for my 28-pound 19-month-old. I use cotton prefolds with Bummis covers, and the system is easy and effective. If you're not using pins or snappis, and you're thinking about buying the premium size, think again. If you're looking for a great cloth diapering system, I highly recommend these prefolds in the infant size with Bummis covers!

One of the most useful baby items |

I have begun giving these as gifts because they are really useful. We use them to protect our changing pad cover from messes during changes. It is easier to throw these in the wash instead of the whole changing pad cover every time a little accident happens. We use them to protect furniture, bouncy seats, and swings from the baby when we are trying not to use covers due to diaper rash. We put them under the baby to protect our sheets from milk accidents when the baby is in our bed in the middle of the night. When you are done with having kids, they are ideal for washing cars.

Premium too long |

I love these diapers but wish I hadn't have gotten the premium size because they are too long. I have to fold them over in the front which makes my son's clothes not fit as well. Very absorbent, especially for the price!
