Naturally anti-microbial, hemp reduces mildew, mold, and bacteria growth. It is also an environmentally friendly fabric. Growing cotton typically requires the use of a lot of chemicals while hemp doesn't require chemicals to grow. Growing industrial hemp also puts nitrogen into the soil.
Babykicks makes two different pocket diapers. The Babykicks Premium Pocket Diaper is a one size pocket diaper with a front pocket. The material next to your baby's skin is bamboo velour which is made from 30% organic cotton and 70% rayon from bamboo. Air gussets are made from comfortable fleece. They allow more air flow and keep messes inside. The outer waterproof layer is soft and breathable. This diaper comes with a One Size Joey Bunz. The Babykicks Basic Pocket Diaper is also a one size pocket diaper with a front pocket. Against your baby's skin is a microfleece layer. The included insert is made from 2 layers of hemp and 2 layers of microfiber. Both cloth diapers come with your choice of snap or Velcro closures.
The Babykicks Organic Fitted Diaper is designed to fit from the newborn period through potty training. It can also be used as a potty training pant. Made from a blend of organic cotton, hemp, and polyester, this diaper is soft, absorbent, and stretchy. This side snapping fitted diaper keeps messes inside. Simply stuff the included medium Joey Bunz into the front pocket for more absorbency. The snap system is color coded to make it easier to fit the fitted cloth diaper on the correct setting.
Joey Bunz are pocket diaper inserts. Babykicks offers three different styles of Joey Bunz. One Size Joey Bunz as well as regular Joey Bunz are made out of 6 layers of a hemp jersey and organic cotton blend. These trim inserts are only 1/8 of an inch thick. The One Size Joey Bunz can be folded to fit different sizes. The standard Joey Bunz comes in three different sizes. The Premium Hemparoo Joey Bunz are made from 4 layers of hemp cotton fleece. The four layers are only sewn together at one end to allow for quicker drying time. It also comes in 3 sizes and is 1/8 of an inch thick.
The Babykicks Hemparoo Fleece Prefolds are thirsty prefolds that can be used as prefolds fastened with a Snappi, prefolds folded and placed in a waterproof cover, or pocket diaper inserts. Made from hemp fleece and organic cotton these prefolds are an excellent choice for heavy wetters or nighttime.
