At first we only used doublers at naptime and nightime. Now that our child is almost a year old and is a heavier wetter, we use them in every diaper. We have even used two doublers at once with the diaper still fitting well. They really help with extra absorbancy.

At first, with my daughter 5 years ago, I tried to use these EVERY time I put a diaper on her. As she became more squirmy, that was a dumb idea. They are great liners for night time, or I even used them for long trips where is was tough to stop between towns and such. Now, expecting my second I will happily buy these again. They are soft and thick, and even go great with the paper liners, to help
